Work Against Violence

Violence and other insecurity experienced by children are serious societal issues. Exposure to violence and hostile ideologies erode children’s well-being, weakens their sense of safety, and casts a shadow over their future prospects.

Violent content, such as hate speech and videos glorifying violence, spread quickly especially online. Violent actors, including extremist groups, actively spread their propaganda online and target recruitment efforts towards progressively younger children.

Our goal is to protect children from ideological violence, e.g. the influences of violent extremism and hostile attitudes both online and offline. Because every child has the right to live without violence and fear of it.
